FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A little clarity before we begin.

What we build, how we collaborate, and what to expect when shaping your next digital product.

What kinds of projects do you work on?

AI products and integrations, machine learning, websites and web platforms, backend and cloud systems, brand and digital design, and mobile applications. You can engage one discipline or combine design and development.

How do we start a project?

Start with the problem you want to solve, the audience, and any important constraints. The project brief on our contact page helps collect these details. It currently downloads to your device rather than sending an inquiry.

How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on the scope, technical complexity, integrations, and level of design work. An estimate should follow a discussion of your requirements; this website does not publish fixed service prices.

How long will development take?

The schedule depends on scope, feedback cycles, data or content readiness, and dependencies. Milestones and assumptions should be agreed before work begins.

Can you work alongside our internal team?

Yes. Designers or engineers can collaborate with your team on a defined part of the product. Access, responsibilities, and review points are established as part of the engagement.

Who owns the code and designs?

Ownership is set out in the project agreement. Typically, rights in the work created for you transfer on payment, with any third-party or open-source components remaining under their own licenses.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We are happy to agree confidentiality terms before you share sensitive details about your product, data, or plans.

Do you offer ongoing improvements?

Ongoing work can be discussed as part of a project. Maintenance coverage, response expectations, and follow-on development need a separate agreed scope.

Can you add AI to a product we already have?

Often, yes. Integration usually begins with one focused workflow rather than a rebuild. Discovery establishes the available data, your current architecture, and what the feature needs to do.

What kind of work is in your portfolio?

Each project is labeled. Live products link to the product itself; Product design marks UI/UX and brand work by our designers; Concept marks self-initiated explorations such as Nexa, Stride, and Atelier, which are not commissioned client work.
