Patient-facing mobile apps
Appointment booking, care plans, medication reminders, and secure messaging designed for accessibility and interrupted, on-the-go use.
Mobile appsHealthcare software is used by anxious patients and time-pressed clinicians, often at the worst possible moment to be confused. We design and build digital health products with accessibility, privacy, and clinical oversight treated as core requirements rather than late-stage checks.

A good health product reduces effort for people who have little to spare. We design for low vision, shaky hands, and interrupted sessions, and we engineer data flows that respect consent and minimum-necessary access. AI has real value here, from summarizing intake notes to triaging messages, but only when clinicians stay in control and the limits are explicit.
Health data carries legal obligations such as HIPAA in the United States and GDPR special-category rules in Europe. Hosting, vendor agreements, access controls, and logging all need to be decided with those obligations in mind.
Electronic health records, lab systems, and scheduling tools expose data through HL7 v2, FHIR, or proprietary interfaces with varying completeness. Integration scope often depends on vendor access and approval processes.
Patients may be elderly, unwell, or using assistive technology; clinicians may be switching between systems mid-shift. Interfaces must work for both without adding cognitive load.
Some software functions may be regulated as medical devices depending on their intended use and market. AI outputs that touch diagnosis or treatment require especially careful scoping and validation.

Mobile appsFocused interfaces that surface the right patient context quickly, reduce duplicate entry, and fit into existing clinical workflows.
UI/UX designGenerative AI that drafts summaries from intake forms or notes for clinician review, with source references and a clear edit-and-approve step.
Generative AIBackend services that connect to EHR and scheduling systems through FHIR or other available interfaces, with consent-aware access and audit trails.
Backend & cloudRegulatory and compliance obligations depend on your business and jurisdiction. We plan for them with your legal and compliance advisors rather than treating them as an afterthought.

ExploreResearch, flows, prototypes, and interfaces that make complex products feel clear.
ExploreThere is no official HIPAA certification for software vendors. What matters is how the product is designed, hosted, and operated. We plan for HIPAA requirements with your compliance team, including access controls, encryption, audit logging, and vendor agreements, while responsibility for compliance stays with your organization and its advisors.
Diagnostic or treatment-related AI can bring medical device regulation and significant clinical risk. We usually recommend starting with assistive, non-diagnostic uses such as summarization or administrative triage, where a clinician reviews every output, and involving regulatory experts before going further.
Often, yes, but it depends on the vendor. Some offer FHIR APIs and developer programs; others require partnership approval or interface engines. We assess the available access during discovery before committing to an integration scope.

Payments, banking, and wealth products where clarity and trust carry as much weight as the code.
